2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated, peeled, zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
2. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
