Ingredients:  
1/3 cup diced minced onion
2 Tablespoon dried minced garlic
1/4 cup chili powder
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
4 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne)
2 Tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well with fork to blend. Store in a container in a cool, dry place or freeze
2. Use 2-4 Tablespoons to substitute for 1.25 ounce package of commercial taco seasoning mix
