Ingredients:  
2 cups fine shredded (or sliced thin) green cabbage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 - 2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or you can use some chopped jalapeņos instead)
Chopped cilantro
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 Tablespoon honey

Directions:

1. Mix the cabbage, onion and cilantro (and jalapeņos if using) together in a bowl.
2. Mix together the oil, lime juice, celery seed, salt, pepper and tabasco sauce, and honey. Pour over cabbage and mix well.
