1 pint sea scallops (1 pound)
⅓ cup butter
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
⅔ cup cream or ⅔ cup canned milk
Salt/Pepper
Dash Cayenne
Dash sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º

Rinse and dry scallops
Melt butter and add cracker crumbs
Mix well with scallops and add spices

Place scallops/crumb mix into baking dish
Pour cream over the scallops/crumb mixture

Dot the top with butter

Bake for 30 minutes or until browned
