1 pk. Ripe Tomatoes
1 pk. Green Tomatoes
8 large Onions
6 Red Peppers (Seeds Removed)
6 Green Peppers (Seeds Removed)
2 cups Salt
2 quarts Vinegar
10 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves

1. Put Green Tomatoes, Onions and Peppers through food chopper.
2. Remove skins from Ripe Tomatoes and cut up with a pairing knife.
3. Put all ingredients into a large kettle and sprinkle with salt.
4. Let stand all night. In the morning drain off all of the liquid.
5. Put back into the kettle with vinegar, sugar and spices.
6. Cook on slow fire for 4 hours.
7. Mix and package in canning jars using proper technique.
