1 c. raisins
½ c. sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream or half & half
2 eggs, separated
1 tbsp. flour
¼ c. sugar
prebaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Put raisins covered in water in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until fully re-hydrated, drain. Mix in ½ c. sugar, half & half or heavy whipping cream, egg yolks, and flour. Add raisins and cook over low heat until thick. Pour into baked pie crust, let cool. Preheat oven to 400º. Make meringue topping by beating egg whites with ¼ c. sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Spread meringue topping on pie filling, covering to edge of crust. Bake for 10 min until lightly brown.
