1/2 cup Ffour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place a nonstick pan in the oven and preheat at 425 degrees. Mix first 6 ingedients in a blender or food processor. Let batter rest for about 20 minutes while oven/pan heats. When heated, remove pan and add butter swirling to melt and completely coat the pan. Pour batter into the pan (in is very thin) and return pan to oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

The pancake will puff up and be golden brown.

Traditional Topping
Squeeze of lemon juice and powdered sugar, but the possibilities are endless.

Slice and serve
