Cake:
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1½ c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. grated carrots
¾ c. chopped walnuts
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. Separately, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add together wet and dry ingredients, beating until smooth. Add carrots and walnuts. Place in greased, floured 9 x 13" baking dish. Bake 35 - 40 minutes, let cool. For frosting, combine softened cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and gradually add powdered sugar.
