2 prepared pie crusts, in deep dish pans, uncooked
1½ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground cloves
4 large eggs
1 - 25 oz can pumpkin
1 -12 oz can evaporated milk and ½ c. half & half OR 1½ c. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, mix well. Beat in eggs, then add pumpkin. Add half & half and evaporated milk (or just half & half). Pour into pie crusts. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350º, bake an additional 40 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
