2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
¼ c. mayonnaise
¼ c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. dried dill weed
⅛ teaspoon white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together cucumber slices, onion slices, vinegar, and salt. Cover, let stand 2 hours. Drain, discarding liquid. In medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients, add cucumber-onion mixture. Toss to coat well. Cover, chill at least 2 hours. Makes about 2 cups.
