2 ½ pounds frozen wild blueberries
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup sugar
4 tbs tapioca starch (or 2 tbs corn starch)
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 rounds of your favorite pie crust
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Mix blueberries and lemon juice together
In a separate bowl mix sugar, tapioca starch and spices
Add dry ingredients to the berries and let stand for 15 minutes

Line a pie pan with one round of crust

Pour mixture into pie crust and cover with the second round of dough

Crimp the edges and make slits in the top to release the steam

Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar

Bake for 45-55 minutes

Let the pie rest for 2 hours before cutting
