150gr sugar
150gr self raising flour
120gr butter
1tbsp milk
1tbsp golden syrup
1tsp bicarbonate of soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 150º
2. Rub the butter into the flour
3. Add the sugar
4. Put the milk, golden syrup ad bicarbonate of soda in a saucepan and heat until it starts to go frothy
5. Add the frothy ingredients to the butter, flour and sugar and stir well
6. Roll mixture into 12-15 small balls and place on a lined baking tray
7. Cook for 15-20 mins, be careful not to burn as they will turn quickly
