1 1/2 lbs. Ground mild or hot Italian Sausage
2 gloves Garlic (minced)
1 small onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef hamburger
1 12oz can fire roasted tomato
1 med size yellow squash sliced and quarter
1 med size zucchini sliced and quartered
1 12 oz. can corn
1 med carrot shredded or cut into bite size pieces
5c. beef broth
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3 tbsp..fresh parsley or Italian seasoning
2 c. Cheese Tortellini
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

In a heavy stock pot cook sausage, and hamburger salt and pepper until brown and no pink remains, drain off fat from meat. reserve 3T or fat from meat add garlic, and onion and reserved fat to pan cook until garlic and onion are soft. add back in meat, vegetables, spices, and broth all but tortellini and cheese. simmer 20 minutes add in tortellini to pot cook until tortellini is soft about 2-5 minutes. add additional seasoning if needed. serve in deep soup bowls and top with Parmesan cheesed.
