2 c shredded cheddar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c coconut flour
1 tbsp everything bagel

Sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt first 5 ingredients in microwave on high one minute. Stir and knead to combine, add extra almond flour if necessary. Roll out thinly on parchment paper. Cut into squares, sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min. When brown turn off oven but leave pan in oven while it cools to get crackers dried.
