1 1/2 pkgs Ritz Cracker crumbs
1/4 lb Butter - melted
Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

1 1/2 c milk
2 pkgs vanilla instant pudding
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Mix together and put into Ritz Cracker pan.

1 large Cool Whip softened. Spread on top of pudding. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
