2 cups milk
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 cups flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, and add sugar and salt. Cool down to luke warm. Crumble yeast in milk and add 3 cups flour and the butter. Beat until smooth. Add eggs and rest of the flour. Knead well and place in greased bowl. Cover, put in warm place to raise the dough (about 1 hour). Shape into rolls or coffee cake. Place in greased pans. Let raise for 45 minutes. Bake 425-450 for 20 minutes. Before baking or as soon as you put in pans, spread melted butter on top. Add cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle with a little milk.
