Ingredients:  
1½ lb pork-cut into cubes
2 eggs beaten with 2 tbsp water
Flour
Italian breading
Wooden sticks 6" long
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Skewer the meat on sticks. Roll in flour. Dip in egg. Roll in Italian breading. In a frying pan brown meat in a little oil. Drain if necessary on paper towels. Place in a baking pan. Cover with foil. Cook in oven at 325º for 1 hour.
