One cup Flour
¼ cup + 1 tbsp soft Butter
Five Eggs
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
Seven slices of Bacon
Six OZ of Swiss Cheese
One can Evaporated Milk
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º

Pastry:
One cup Flour
¼ cup soft Butter
One Egg
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
Two tbsp water
Mix together and press into 10" pie dish.

Filling:
Cook seven slices of Bacon, cut up
Slice six ounces of Swiss Cheese
Layer on the bottom of the pastry

Mix one can Evaporated Milk
Four Eggs
One tbsp flour
½ teaspoon salt
Dash Nutmeg

Pour over Bacon and Swiss Cheese
Pour one tbsp of melted Butter over top

Bake in preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown
