Directions:
Directions:
1 - Bake a big ass picnic ham. Bone and fat essential. Don't season.
2 - Eat big ass picnic ham for dinner, but save the bone and fat. Also save some ham.
3 - Next day cook bone, fat, barley and sauerkraut in a giant ass pot on the stove.
4- Cook for a longtime and add salt and pepper.
5 - Add klobasi and leftover ham meat at some point so it cooks too.
6 - Taste it. If it tastes done, then it is.
7 - Remove the Bone if you want to keep your teeth.
7 - Enjoy!
8 - Some people like to add hot sauce in their bowl.
9 - Fart all night long. This is a good yet gassy one.

Personal Notes:
This dish is a traditional Bojon (Slovenian/Croatian) dish. I am sorry I don't have measurements or times. It is just something we do. It is pronounced "ISH-PLAY". It sounds gross, but is good. Do not try to make it without the bone or fat. It won't taste good! I always like to eat it with a hard roll with real butter. Some Bojons put beans in it. I don't like it that way. Plus your farts will already smell for weeks, why add beans too?
