½ gallon water
4 bags hibiscus tea (such as Red Zinger)
juice of ½ lime (or lemon)
3 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients and cold brew for six hours (or overnight)

May add mint leaves (whole or mashed), amla (powdered gooseberry), knuckle of ginger during brewing, and substitute erythritol for sugar

Hibiscus is extremely high in anti-oxidants

Limit to no more than a quart a day to avoid too much manganese
