1⅓ cup Minute Rice
1½ lb ground beef
¼ cup ketchup
1 medium onion chipped
2 cups canned tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cook rice according to package directions – cook meat in heavy skillet until lightly browned – combine all ingredients except soup in 2 quart casserole – spread soup on top - bake for 40 min
