Pickling cucumbers
13 c. water
5 c. vinegar
1 c. canning salt
Heads of dill or dill seed
11 tbsp. sugar
11 cloves garlic, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Sterilize 11 quart jars, put one head dill and one clove garlic in the bottom of each jar. Scrub and pack whole pickling cucumbers into jars. Put two heads dill on top of each jar of pickles as well as 1 tbsp. sugar. Combine water, vinegar, and canning salt in a saucepan and boil, making sure the salt is dissolved. Pour water, vinegar, and salt mixture in jars and water bath seal.
