1 bag frozen RAW shrimp (26 count) - THAWED
2 - 3 cloves minced garlic
same amount of minced ginger
4 stalks chopped green onion
1 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp sugar
soy sauce - few splashes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw shrimp and pat dry, especially if shells are on
2. Over medium-high heat, hat 1 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant
3. Add prawns and saute until half cooked (2 - 3 minutes), then add soy sauce and sugar
4. When prawns are almost done, add green onions, and give quick stir
5. Entire cooking process should be less than 5 minutes for peeled shrimp and a few minutes longer if you leave peel on
6. Serve with rice
