1 cup apple cider
mulling spice (optional)
cinnamon stick (optional)
Hennessy honey whiskey (optional)
pad of butter (optional, if you are dad)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Warm the mixture over the stove until the apple cider is barely above a simmer. Add the mulling spice if you are using it. My favorite one is from Rees Fruit Farm. :)
2. In a mug add one-two shots of honey whiskey, depending on your mood.
3. Add the cider and mix well.
4. Serve with a cinnamon stick or a pad of butter, whatever your choice is.
