Mix together:
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
Mix and then
add 2 eggs
1 cup of butter
Mix and add:
2 cups of oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small package of chocolate chips
Mix well
Drop by a teaspoon size on a greased cookie sheet

Mix and bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
