2 cups loosely packed spinach, finely chopped
1 can 15 oz. white beans, drained, and partially mashed
cup canned pumpkin puree
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tb. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
tsp. each ground ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, kosher salt
tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together all ingredients in large bowl, about 30 seconds. Form into balls. (36) If too sticky, freeze about 30 minutes to firm. Bake for 45 minutes on middle rack. Enjoy on fresh bed of spinach leaves.

Combine jelly and BBQ sauce until melted. Add meatballs, coating with sauce. Cook in slow cooker 3 hours on low.
