1 to 2 1/2 oz pkg processed ham, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Di-jon mustard
1 8 oz pkg crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:

Spray mini muffin pans. Roll out crescent rolls and cut in
about 2 inch squares. Put dough over each muffin hole
and press into place with floured tart shaper.

Mix ham,onion,cheese, egg, black pepper and Di-jon mustard
together in a bowl. Pour mixture in muffin cups about 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown.
