SOY SESAME DRESSING

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

SALAD
3 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts, shredded (I use rotisseriie for a time savor)
1 large head iceberg lettuce, trimmed and torn
3 or 4 green onions with tops, chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 package won tons (you can find in the salad dressing aisle)

DRESSING Whisk the sugar, soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, vegetable oil, vinegar and cayenne pepper in a bowl until blended.

SALAD Mix the chicken, lettuce, green onions, sesame seeds, almonds, and won tons in a salad bowl. Add the desired amount of dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
