1 large tortilla
2 slices Black Forest ham
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place tortilla on greased foil.
Place ham slices,slightly overlapping one another, in the centre of tortilla.
Place 1/2 the cheese on top of ham and create a small well in the centre.
Crack the egg into the cheese well. Season with salt and pepper, and top with remaining cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in toward the centre to create a pocket and wrap the folded tortilla pocket loosely with the foil.
Bake for 25 minutes.
