1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 yeast cake or dried yeast
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. lukewarm water
4 eggs, well beaten
7 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, pour boiling water 1st 3 ingredients. Add milk to cool. Soften yeast in luke warm water. Add to luke warm mix. Add eggs. Add 3 or 4 C. Flour and beat very hard. Add additional flour. Knead. Place in greased bowl. Shape in round -greased top lightly. Place waxed paper over top, then towel + let rise until bouble. Separate dough, but do not knead-making loaves. Bake 350º 35-40 min. Brown till crusty
