2 tsp olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion
1 ½ tsp minced garlic
28 oz can diced tomatoes (828.10 ml)
3- 8 oz cans tomato sauce (709.76 ml)
3/4 cup beef broth
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp pepper
15 oz can kidney beans (443.60 ml)
15 oz can pinto beans (443.60 ml)

1. Turn instant pot to saute and put 10 min's. Add oil to pot, then beef. Cook until browned
2. Add the onion and cook 3 more min's or until softened
3. Add the garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cocoa, sugar, salt, pepper, and beans
4. Turn pot to chili/beans setting and place lid on pot. Put to sealing and set timer for 20 min's
5. Release pressure manually or allow to release naturally
6. Add favorite toppings
