1 large onion chopped
2 small bell pepper chopped
3 stalk celery chopped

2 can cream of chicken soup
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup sour cream
2 T diced garlic
2 T Worcestershire sauce
6-10 shakes Tabasco
80 small frozen precooked meatballs

In large saucepan, boil meatballs to remove the most fat for about 15 minutes. In skillet, saute onion, bell pepper and celery until soft. Combine all ingredients including meatballs in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
