2 Large onions (Diced)
6 large garlic cloves (Diced)

6 Hot Italian sausages (casing removed) chopped up
1 lb Hamburger meat

8 Cans Diced (spiced) tomatoes (with juice) pureed
1/4 cup Coarse Sea salt (or to taste)
Ground pepper
Italian spice (Rosemary, oregano, etc) to taste
Tabasco sauce (8 shakes)
Worcestershire sauce (8 shakes)
liquid Beef bovril (2 TBSP)
