1 8 ounce carton of bacon & horseradish dip
1 cup cream small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups cube cooked potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dip, cottage cheese and half of the shredded cheese and salt. Add potatoes; toss gently to coat. Turn into a 10x6x1½ baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350º Top with remaining cheese and bake 3-5 minutes more until cheese melts.
