1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. evaporated milk
dash of salt
2 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, milk and salt to 230º. Remove from heat. Add flavoring and pecans. Let cool a little and beat. Before too cool, drop on wax paper. If candy hardens, add hot water.

Diabetics beware! These are yummy, but almost all sugar.
