Blueberry Jell-O


Ingredients:

2 large packages of raspberry Jell-O
1 can of blueberries and juice or blueberry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add cold water and then place in the refrigerator.
When Jell-O is just beginning to gel, add blueberries and pineapple.
Return to refrigerator until firm.
 

Blueberry Jell-O Topping


Ingredients:

1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients.
Spread mixture on top of firm Jell-O salad.
Optional, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
