1⅓ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
1¼ cup white sugar
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup honey
½ tsp almond extract
1½ tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup coconut, shredded
⅓ cup poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In first bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.

In separate bowl combine honey, almond and vanilla, eggs, milk and butter.

Mix together the wet and dry ingredients until well incorporated. To this mixture add coconut and poppy seeds. Mix well.

Bake in a greased 9x13 baking dish at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
