Preheat Oven to 375º

7 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk

Any sort of vegetable like:
Broccolli
Onion
Mushrooms
Artichoke Hearts

Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 12 Muffin liner in a pan

Beat Eggs and Milk together. Add baking powder, vegetable oil and cheese.

Mix together vegetables (and ham if using). Can improvise and add any ingredients that you have on hand.

Spoon vegetable mixture into prepared cups. Ladle egg mixture over top, leaving some room for rising.

Bake 15-20 Minutes.

Can store in Refrigerator for at least a week.
