Sweet Potato Casserole


Ingredients:

4-5 medium sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup whole milk
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour @ 325.
Remove skins from sweet potatoes and mash.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Place combined mixture into a 2 qt. or 11x7 casserole dish.
 

Sweet Potato Casserole Topping


Ingredients:

1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup softened butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Mix well and then sprinkle evenly over top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake combined casserole for approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
