1 (12oz) pkg bacon - Hickory, Applewood or Maple
¼ cup bacon drippings
1 small/medium head of cabbage, cored and finely chopped
1 small/medium onion, chopped or diced
salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Broil bacon in single layer on foil covered baking pan. Reserve bacon drippings. Drain bacon on papertowels.

In a large pot/pan add small amount of bacon drippings and add cabbage and onions. Cook them on medium heat until cabbage is wilted.

Crumble bacon over cabbage, cook five minutes longer, season to taste. Serve Hot and refrigerate leftovers.
