1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp complete seasoning
2 12 oz bags of frozen vegetables
2 12 oz jars Heinz savory beef gravy
1 family size (8 oz) bag of instant mashed potatoes (or two 4 oz bags)
8 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. While beef is browning cook frozen vegetables as directed to soften and prepare instant mashed potatoes as directed. Mix ground beef, complete seasoning, cooked vegetables and brown grave in a large bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour beef and vegetable mixture into baking dish. Spread out in the dish using a spatula. Top the beef and vegetable mixture with mashed potatoes. Spread evenly over mixture. Top mashed potatoes with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
