Chicken breasts or tenders cubed
1 box couscous
cucumbers, diced
cherry tomatoes, halved
bell peppers, diced
1 small bag pine nuts
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 avocados
a few green onions, chopped
Italian dressing or any vinaigrette you like

Brown the chicken with salt and pepper
cook couscous according to box( use chicken broth instead of water for more flavor)
add all ingredients to a mixing bowl with enough dressing to coat everything and salt and pepper to taste
