2 tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
½ tsp salt
pinch nutmeg, grated
2 tbsp water or soup
½ cup cream of wheat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter, eggs, salt and nutmeg with water (or soup if you are using).

To this add the cream of wheat (adjust as needed to create a thick “dough”.

Refrigerate for an hour or until dough is thick and can be shaped into dumplings.

Boil dumplings in covered pot with soup until soft and fluffy.
