8 yellow peppers
4 jalapeno peppers
4 24 oz can Libby's Whole peeled Tomatoes
garlic
salt
pepper
2 bunches green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from peppers and boil until tender and drain. Remember to put on gloves to remove all seeds.
Drain 1 can Tomatoes set juice aside and blend with peppers. Add remaining 3 cans of Tomatoes (must be Libby's). Add Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Add as many green onions as you want. Add juice from tomatoes to adjust hotness of salsa

I put the boiled peppers and one can of Tomatoes in my blender and blend. Pour in gallon jar and do next 3 cans separately. Then mix well. I also put some of the green onions in the blender too.
