Ingredients: 1 pkg. Dry Navy Beans 8 oz. OR 4 cans Bush’s Nave Beans - drained 1 pkg. Bacon - chopped (use kitchen scissors to cut, so much easier) 1/2 - 1 cup Brown Sugar (depending on how sweet you like) 1 pkg. Sliced Mushrooms 1/2 Green Pell Pepper - diced 1/2 Yellow Onion - diced 2-3 T. Yellow Mustard 2-3 T. Ketchup 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce 1/2 t. Black Pepper

Directions:If using dry beans cook per directions on package. Cook cut bacon until crispy. Drain about half the grease from pan. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers to pan and cook until tender. Add brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, and bbq sauce. Mix thoroughly and add drained beans to bacon mixture and stir together. Taste and add more mustard ketchup and bbq sauce if you would like. |

Notes: These are amazing. I use Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ sauce. The amount of mustard my ketchup, and bbq sauce recipe calls for is approximate as I just squeeze the ingredients into the pot and stir.
