1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup


1 cup peanuts


1 tsp margarine
1 tsp vanilla


1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and corn syrup in glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. (* 2 1/2)
Stir in peanuts and microwave for 2 3/4 minutes. (* 2 1/4)
Add margarine and vanilla, stirring, then microwave for 1 minute. (* 45 seconds)
Add baking soda, stirring gently until light and foamy.
Pour onto greased cookie sheet or lightly greased foil. When cold break into small pieces and
put in zip lock quart bag. Makes about 1 pound.
