¼ lb. of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 can pears, well drained
1 can peaches, well drained
1 can apricots, well drained
1 can pineapple chunks, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Slice fruit into large, bite sized pieces. Set aside.
In a medium sized saucepan, melt butter.
Add sugar and curry powder, stirring over medium heat until mushy.
Add the fruit and cook until all is warmed through. Do NOT boil.

Serve warm over ham, pork or chicken.

*May be made in advance and refrigerated. To warm, heat slowly on top of stove.
