2 quart baking dish, prepared

2 10 ounce packages of broccoli spears or florets

1 cup grated American cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

⅔ cup evaporated milk

1 can French onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º

Cook brocolli until somewhat softened. Drain and place in baking dish.

Top with grated cheese.

Mix soup and evaporated milk. Pour over cheese and brocolli.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then put onion rings on top and bake for 10 additional minutes.
