2 cups fresh or frozen cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots
GF noodles or GF spaghetti noodles
4 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons GF flour
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
¾ A2 Milk
1 cup goat yogurt
1 beaten egg
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (from Italy)

Directions:
In separate pots cook chopped vegetables and pasta, al dente
In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour , peel dash or salt and pepper. Stir in milk.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in yogurt and cooked veggies.
Heat almost to boiling. Spoon ½ vegetable mixture into a 12 X 7 ½ X 2 baking dish
Toss together cooked pasta, egg and grated cheese. Using a fork...twirl a few strands around the tines. Remove pasta, standing it upright in baking dish to form a nest. Continue...
Spoon remaining veggies and sauce over pasta.

Cover and bake at 350º for about 20 minutes
