Lasagna noodles (from Italy) or GF noodles
mascarpone cheese (from Italy)
1 cups cook ground beef and chicken
1 cup cooked spinach
2 Tablespoons dried or fresh parsley
3 eggs
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic chopped fine or teaspoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of nutmeg
1 jars prepared marinara sauce or homemade

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare filling
Mix ground meat, spinach, parsley, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic, and 4 teaspoons tomato sauce together. Add salt and pepper to taste and nutmeg .

Boil lasagna noodles al dente

Layers-
3 Tablespoons marinara sauce in bottom of pan (13 X 9)
noodles
meat filling
noodles
mascarpone in dollops
noodles
marinara sauce
Additional Parmesan cheese and/or mozzarella cheese (from Italy)

Bake until bubbly....about 30 minutes
